This Privacy Policy explains what information RLTracker collects, how it is used, and how it is stored when you use our Discord bot and website at 11850.cloud.

1. Information Collected

RLTracker only processes data necessary to provide its rank-tracking features:

• Discord ID and Username: Collected when you use slash commands (/rank, /link, or /myrank) to connect your Discord profile to your game handle.
• Epic Games Profile: When you authorize via Epic Games login (/link), we receive your public Epic Account ID and Display Name.
• Rocket League Statistics: Public playlist MMR, rank badges, division numbers, and match streaks pulled from Rocket League Tracker Network.

2. Information Not Collected

We do not collect or store:

• Passwords, credentials, or authentication tokens (all login occurs on official Epic Games servers).
• Payment or billing details.
• Private Discord messages, message history, or server files.

3. How We Use Data

Stored data is used only to:

• Save your linked Epic username so you can use /myrank without retyping your name.
• Render your competitive rank card image.
• Display global top 100 leaderboards upon request.

4. Data Deletion

You can revoke access and delete your data at any time:

• Revoke access directly in your Epic Games account settings under Connected Accounts.
• Request deletion of your Discord-linked records by contacting whsprbusiness@gmail.com.

5. Third-Party Platforms

RLTracker interacts with Discord Inc. and Epic Games Inc. APIs. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their respective terms.
